Wedding and Portrait Photographers International, based in the USA.

This awards is one of the largest international awards for both wedding and portrait categories, the judging criteria is strict and one of the hardest to score well in.

Gemma has entered and been awarded in several categories over the years. they run 3 competitions per year with the annual print competition running in March in Las Vegas.

Gemma is currently an Associate with WPPI and is collecting points to become the next stage up which will be Master Photographer. The images for WPPI are generally from Models that Gemma gets into the studio as images that are produced for this are normally very create.

The Guild of photographers is a friendly and supportive society. It is one of the largest UK recognised organisations for =photographers of all levels.

The Guild of photographers Run a monthly digital competition with an awards night held each February, where if you have scored gold awards then you are in with a chance to win photographer of the year award.

Gemma is currently Qualified with the Guild of Photographers and is working towards becoming a Master Craftsman in portrait photography.

The Societies of Photographers

 

The Societies is the largest UK-based association wedding, portrait and creative photographers. This is also an international competition where the best photographers around the world take part in.

SWPP Run Monthly competitions via digital and once a year they hold a 16x20 print competition.

Gemma is currently a Licentiate with SWPP and is currently working on a panel to gain a fellowship in portrait photography.
